? ? ? ?水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)性(xing)油墨(mo)(mo)主要是由連(lian)(lian)結料(liao)、顏(yan)料(liao)、助劑(ji)等物質(zhi)組成的(de)(de)均勻(yun)漿物質(zhi),連(lian)(lian)接(jie)料(liao)是水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)性(xing)油墨(mo)(mo)的(de)(de)核心(xin)成分(fen)。它(ta)不但起到(dao)分(fen)散(san)色料(liao)的(de)(de)作用,還是影響油墨(mo)(mo)性(xing)能的(de)(de)關鍵因素,決(jue)定油墨(mo)(mo)的(de)(de)附著牢度、耐(nai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)耐(nai)洗刷性(xing)和耐(nai)溶劑(ji)性(xing)等性(xing)能。水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)性(xing)油墨(mo)(mo)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)料(liao)常見的(de)(de)有三種(zhong),即(ji)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)溶性(xing)樹(shu)脂(zhi)、水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)溶膠樹(shu)脂(zhi)和水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)分(fen)散(san)樹(shu)脂(zhi)。其性(xing)能各(ge)不相同,在油墨(mo)(mo)配制過(guo)程中通常將(jiang)三種(zhong)樹(shu)脂(zhi)復配使用。
? ? ? ?水(shui)(shui)溶(rong)性(xing)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)能夠(gou)在水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)溶(rong)解,耐(nai)水(shui)(shui)性(xing)差,用這種樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)制備的水(shui)(shui)性(xing)油(you)(you)墨在能夠(gou)直接接觸到(dao)水(shui)(shui)的環(huan)境中(zhong)無法應用,使(shi)用上受到(dao)限制,所以(yi)水(shui)(shui)溶(rong)性(xing)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)不能作為水(shui)(shui)性(xing)油(you)(you)墨連(lian)接料(liao)的主要原料(liao)。因其相對分子量低(di),顆粒小,均勻性(xing)好等(deng)優點,主要用于調節(jie)水(shui)(shui)性(xing)油(you)(you)墨的黏度(du)、流動性(xing)以(yi)及分散顏料(liao)。
? ? ? ?水溶(rong)膠樹(shu)(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)是利(li)用酸(suan)性(xing)(xing)樹(shu)(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)通過低分子量的(de)胺中(zhong)和形成鹽,生成親水基(ji)團的(de)方(fang)法制(zhi)備(bei),也(ye)可將其稱為(wei)堿溶(rong)性(xing)(xing)樹(shu)(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi),該(gai)樹(shu)(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)干燥成膜速度快(kuai)。屬于(yu)此類樹(shu)(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)的(de)有(you)蟲膠、氨(an)(an)基(ji)甲酸(suan)乙酯樹(shu)(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)、水性(xing)(xing)氨(an)(an)基(ji)樹(shu)(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)、水溶(rong)性(xing)(xing)丙烯(xi)酸(suan)樹(shu)(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)。
? ? ? ?水分散樹(shu)脂(zhi)也稱(cheng)乳(ru)(ru)液樹(shu)脂(zhi)。以該類(lei)樹(shu)脂(zhi)為(wei)水性(xing)(xing)(xing)連接料,油墨的(de)稀釋性(xing)(xing)(xing)好,干燥速度快(kuai),涂膜(mo)的(de)耐水性(xing)(xing)(xing)優,且乳(ru)(ru)液黏(nian)度低(di),固含量高,可以形成高性(xing)(xing)(xing)能涂層。但用乳(ru)(ru)液樹(shu)脂(zhi)配(pei)制的(de)水性(xing)(xing)(xing)油墨存在復(fu)溶性(xing)(xing)(xing)差,難于清洗的(de)缺(que)點。
? ? ? ?水性印刷用油墨配方一般由丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液、固體丙烯酸樹脂、顏料及潤濕劑、消泡劑組成。丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液為主連接料,固體丙烯酸樹脂為顏料分散劑,也稱為分散樹脂。使用的(de)(de)(de)固(gu)(gu)體(ti)丙(bing)烯(xi)(xi)酸(suan)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)多為堿(jian)溶性樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi),其(qi)組(zu)成中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)含有(you)30%左右的(de)(de)(de)丙(bing)烯(xi)(xi)酸(suan)或甲基丙(bing)烯(xi)(xi)酸(suan),遇(yu)堿(jian)溶解,并(bing)立(li)即轉換成具有(you)乳(ru)化、潤濕和(he)分散(san)功(gong)能的(de)(de)(de)大(da)分子表面活(huo)性劑(ji),對(dui)(dui)多種極性較低的(de)(de)(de)基材(cai)如PE膜(mo)、PP膜(mo)和(he)鍍鋁膜(mo)均具有(you)優異的(de)(de)(de)附著牢度。故固(gu)(gu)體(ti)丙(bing)烯(xi)(xi)酸(suan)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)是(shi)整個水性油(you)墨(mo)制(zhi)備(bei)過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)重要的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能助劑(ji),不僅(jin)在(zai)乳(ru)液(ye)連(lian)接料(liao)制(zhi)備(bei)過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大(da)量使用,而且在(zai)油(you)墨(mo)配制(zhi)過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)使用量也(ye)很可觀。水性固(gu)(gu)體(ti)丙(bing)烯(xi)(xi)酸(suan)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)另一(yi)大(da)功(gong)能就是(shi)對(dui)(dui)多種難分散(san)的(de)(de)(de)顏料(liao)提(ti)供分散(san)性,提(ti)高(gao)展色性和(he)成膜(mo)性。因此在(zai)水性刷油(you)墨(mo)制(zhi)造領域中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),水性固(gu)(gu)體(ti)丙(bing)烯(xi)(xi)酸(suan)樹(shu)脂(zhi)(zhi)是(shi)優秀的(de)(de)(de)顏料(liao)分散(san)連(lian)接料(liao)。?
? ? ? ?水性固(gu)(gu)體(ti)(ti)丙(bing)烯(xi)酸(suan)樹(shu)脂(zhi)也(ye)叫做堿溶(rong)性丙(bing)烯(xi)酸(suan)樹(shu)脂(zhi)。樹(shu)脂(zhi)玻(bo)璃化溫(wen)(wen)度與成膜性能相關,玻(bo)璃化溫(wen)(wen)度較高時(shi),樹(shu)脂(zhi)具有較高硬度、光澤度和耐候性,但(dan)不(bu)(bu)能形成連(lian)續(xu)的膜;樹(shu)脂(zhi)玻(bo)璃化溫(wen)(wen)度較低時(shi),成膜軟、易(yi)粘連(lian)。所以可以根據不(bu)(bu)同的實際需求,合成出不(bu)(bu)同分子(zi)量(liang)及其分布(bu)、酸(suan)值和玻(bo)璃化溫(wen)(wen)度的水性固(gu)(gu)體(ti)(ti)丙(bing)烯(xi)酸(suan)樹(shu)脂(zhi)。
